Daddy Foods Return & Exchange Policy

At Daddy Foods, your satisfaction is our priority. While we aim to deliver delicious food every time, we understand that issues can happen. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges.


1. Can I Return My Order?

Because we sell fresh and perishable food items, we unfortunately do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if there's a problem with your order, we’re happy to help—read below.


2. Exchanges (When Applicable)

We will gladly exchange your order or resend items if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order was incomplete.
  • The item delivered was damaged or spoiled upon arrival.

Important: You must contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue for quick resolution.


3. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot offer exchanges for:

  • Items that were delivered correctly and in good condition.
  • Orders where the issue is reported too late (after the 2-hour window).
  • Changes of mind after food has been prepared or delivered.
