At Daddy Foods, we work hard to make sure you’re always happy with your order. But we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how we handle cancellations, refunds, and order issues.
1. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans change. Here's how cancellations work:

Before Order Processing:
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it—as long as it hasn’t been prepared or dispatched yet.

After Order Has Been Processed or Dispatched:
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once food preparation or delivery has begun.
2. Refund Policy
We want you to enjoy your Daddy Foods experience. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right:

Wrong or Incomplete Order:
If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We’ll issue a refund or redeliver the missing items. -
Quality Issues:
If you’re unhappy with the quality of your food, share details (and photos, if possible) within 4 hours of delivery. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll gladly offer a refund, credit, or replacement. -
Non-Refundable Items:
Because our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds for: - Change of mind
- Orders placed by mistake
- Delays caused by incorrect delivery information
3. How Refunds Are Issued
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
